Discovering our true Self
Today, most of the yoga practice is heavily oriented toward the body and learning how to put ourselves in advanced postures. Asana are great, they make us strong and flexible but they are only one part of the yoga experience.
Through my classes and teachings, I intend to offer the holistic approach of yoga.
If we want to bring true change in our psyche and behaviour we need to address the whole body/mind/energy system.
Starting from the body where we learn the basic postures, then diving into the breath as a bridge between the body and mind, then using different tantric practices to lift ourselves up and to power up our energy...
All of that in order to prepare ourselves to still the mind so we can dive into our depth and get a glimpse of our true Self.

ASANA
Classical Hatha Yoga with breath awareness and alignment details. Incorporating chakra visualization and bija sound to move the energy.

PRANAYAMA
Learn the science of the breath and how to control your prana in order to vitalize and purify the energetic channels.

KRIYA
Advanced techniques of purification which create an energetic circuit arousing the different chakras.

MEDITATION
Bring your mind to presence and stillness using different meditation techniques (from Buddhism, Tantra and Taoism traditions)

TANTRIC RITUALS
An invitation to connect yourself with what is beyond through tantric practices.
YOGA NIDRA
Reset your subconscious mind and give your body a deep rest with the yogic sleep.

INNER DANCE
Close your eyes and allow your body to be taken by the rhythm of the music.

PHILOSOPHY TALKS
Come an explore why Yoga is a pathway toward liberation and freedom through discussions and talks.

MANTRA CHANTING
Invoque the divine energy through chanting and tune your whole being with higher sound frequencies.
