But we are holding ourselves. We want to taste life at its fullest but because of fears and doubts, we restrain ourselves and instead of expressing our full potential...
We end up sacrificing our dreams for comfort.
But comes a time when it is enough, no more excuses, no more restrictions.
Now is the time to dare, to commit, and to go all in.
After having spent most of my adult life travelling and studying eastern practices, Yoga has been the tool which has enabled changes in my life- to become more confident, more daring and ultimately more free. Today, I want to start sharing this beautiful practice with you.
Who am I?
Hi, my name is Ceran and I believe that each person is born with greatness and has something very special to offer to the world.
Not such a long time ago, I was working as a key consultant for a startup. Job was great but I was feeling very empty inside of me. So deciding it was time for change, I bought a one way ticket to travel the world.
Now, using different practices such as Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda I help people to step up in life and to become more vibrant, alive and full of energy.
For me, the whole world is made of energy and the secret of growth lies in our ability to harmonize ourselves with the subtle.
Through my travels I met many masters who were working with this energy (the shamans from Amazonia, the healers from India, the tantric masters from Nepal, etc.) and through their practices they were able to channel this life force to access more powerful states of being.
What I teach is a blend of all those ancient traditions which shows us how to become more sensible to what is inside of us in so we can evolve as an human being.
